PK999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and pk999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to your use of the pk999 website, mobile application, and all services offered through those channels, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, and all promotions.

By registering an account on pk999 you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If there is anything you do not understand or do not agree to, do not register or continue using the platform.

These Terms apply to all players using pk999, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the pk999 Android app. The same rules apply across all access methods.

2Eligibility

To register and use pk999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed pk999 account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee of pk999 or an immediate family member of a pk999 employee.

pk999 does not claim that use of its platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is entirely the player's responsibility to determine whether accessing pk999 complies with the laws of their location before registering or placing any bets.

3Account Registration

Each individual player may hold only one account on pk999. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using someone else's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, payment method details, or any other registered information changes, you must update your account accordingly. pk999 is not liable for any loss arising from outdated account information.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. pk999 will never ask you for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

4Deposits

All deposits on pk999 are processed in PKR. The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payments, direct bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The available methods for your account are shown on the Deposit page inside your account panel.

There is a minimum deposit amount for each payment method. These minimums are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.

pk999 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. You may only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from unrecognised or third-party payment sources may be reversed and the funds returned, or held pending identity verification.

Deposits are normally credited to your pk999 account balance immediately or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited and wagered.
• pk999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on large deposits.
• Deposits that appear to be structured to circumvent verification thresholds may trigger a security review.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal page inside your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account registered in your name.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your mobile number and providing a copy of a valid identity document such as your CNIC. This is a standard requirement and is not specific to any individual player.

pk999 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa on the same working day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Raast and bank transfers are typically completed within one business day. Cards and other methods may take up to three business days. These are target processing times and may be affected by bank or wallet provider processing schedules.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or subjected to additional review in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed identity verification.
• The withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to deposit history.
• There is an ongoing security or fraud investigation relating to the account.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.

6Bonuses and Promotions

pk999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin promotions, and cricket-season specials tied to PSL and international tournaments. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all pk999 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. This is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds are removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states that it can be combined with other offers.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

pk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player will retain any bonus funds already credited subject to the original wagering requirements.

7Betting Rules

Sports betting on pk999 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series), football, esports, and other markets as listed on the Betting page. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed and pk999 is not liable for any change in odds between the time you view them and the time your bet is submitted.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on pk999:

• Bets are final once confirmed. They cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the specific market rules provide for cash-out or bet editing.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed in the betting interface.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. pk999 may reject an in-play bet if the match situation changes materially during that delay.
• If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules, which are published in the Betting section.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, pk999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

pk999 reserves the right to limit the amount a player may stake on any market, or to restrict a player's access to certain markets, without providing a reason. This is a standard risk management measure and does not imply any wrongdoing by the player.

8Casino Rules

The pk999 casino includes online slots, table games, and a Live Casino section with real dealers streaming in real time. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game equipment operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions.

Each game has its own specific rules, payout structure, and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. This information is available within the individual game interface. Players are advised to review a game's rules and RTP before playing.

• Casino game outcomes are final once the game round is completed. Disputes about individual game rounds must be raised with customer support within 14 days of the game being played.
• If a game malfunctions or a technical error affects a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Live Casino game rules are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played, as explained by the dealer at the start of each round.
• Jackpot games have specific eligibility requirements that are displayed within the game. Not all bets contribute equally to jackpot accumulation.

9Player Conduct

Players are expected to use pk999 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or another person's details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any such gain will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pk999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or criminal means.

pk999 monitors accounts and gameplay for irregular patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pk999 may suspend the account immediately pending investigation, withhold withdrawals, and permanently close the account. In serious cases, relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

10Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your pk999 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or app, not sharing your login credentials with any third party, and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.

pk999 will never ask for your password via any channel — not by phone, not by email, and not through any chat message. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk999 and asking for your password or PIN, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

11Account Suspension and Closure

pk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other pk999 policy.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the platform.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited. If an account is closed for any other reason (including player-requested closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of relevant checks.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact customer support. Accounts closed voluntarily can typically be reopened upon request after a cooling-off period, provided no self-exclusion is in place.

12Limitation of Liability

pk999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times or free from technical interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

14Responsible Gaming
